Luke Hena

Advisor – Global Sales and Asset Management

Luke Hena is a very experienced and driven leader with a multi-disciplined background dealing with account management, high level negotiations, leading personnel, and project management working within the technology sector. Mr. Hena brings a wealth of knowledge and strong business acumen to GSM Systems with over 9 years in selling services, hardware, and software as a service to the Telecom, ISP, and Fortune 1000 enterprise clients. Luke is responsible for advising GSM Systems on the best practices for the sales and asset management team. He holds a BA in International Business from St. Francis College and received the highest certificate at Laval University for French as a second language.


Kirk Miller

Advisor – Global HR Management

Mr. Miller is the Advisor for Human Resource Management at GSM Systems. He brings more than fifteen years of management experience to GSM Systems. Prior to joining GSM Systems, Mr. Miller was a Director and acting President for the New York Institute of English and Business, a provider of educational services in the vocational school sector, where he oversaw all issues relating to the institution’s operations including compliance to federal and state regulations pertaining to federal and state student aid. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Metropolitan Studies from New York University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).


Anis Bachri

Account Management

Anis Bachri is a team oriented leader with vast experience and qualifications in various levels of Telecom industries. With 20 years of experience in as Engineer, Project Manager, Presales, Sourcing and Sales Area from various multinational companies (Ericsson, Motorola, and SingTel). Anis has demonstrated exceptional ability to meet organizational objectives and demands. He has mastered Project Management skill, allow him to manages four constrains (Scope, Time, Cost and Quality) into successful and profitable situation for the company. Now Anis has Indonesia account’s leadership and handles Sales Managers, and Account Officers with unique and diverse market. Anis is holding BSc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from University of Indonesia and holds numerous professional certificates, i.e. PMP, EPM.


Margaretha Ester Nainggolan

Sales Operations and Logistics Manager

Ms. Etha brings more than 10 years working experience related with logistics, project control, legal drafting, quality service, and external customer alignment to GSM Systems. Previously she had been worked with Multinational Logistics company which had given her great amount of exposure on handling domestic and international delivery processes, external supplier alignment, customer complaint handling and also project controlling. She holds a Bachelor Degree from Parahyangan Catholic University majoring International Relations and currently holds ISO Lead Auditor Certification and also holds Basic Cargo Certification from Garuda Indonesia.


Gitta Dianastuti

Group Head of Finance & Accounting

Gitta Dianastuti is the Global Finance & Accounting Manager of GSM Systems Group. She brings more than 10 years of experience related with finance & accounting, auditing, budgeting, forecasting and internal control. She had been worked in various consulting firm and multinational companies before joining GSM Systems and brings her tremendous experience to this company. She is responsible for the accounting and financial performance of GSM Systems Global, as well as the cash and budget controlling. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Indonesia and hold a Chartered Accountant Certification.


Lidya Damayanti

Group HR Manager

Lidya has 12 years’ of experience as an HR & GA Manager with a BA degree in Law. Her previous experience includes managing the HR for a Tower Company in Indonesia and prior to that in a Multi-National Business with interests in the APAC Region and Europe. She is responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization. Creating both fun and productive working environment, oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees.


Ken Kimani

East Africa Operations Manager

Ken Kimani is the operations manager for East Africa with an engineering background and eight years of experience in the telecommunications sector ranging from integration, support, pre-sales and operations management. He has worked on several telecommunications projects across Africa, spanning nine different countries in the continent. He is at his best streamlining operations, with a natural gravitation towards people management. Ken holds an engineering degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.


Thomas Iwo

Software and Repair Solutions Manager

Thomas Iwo is a team oriented leader with vast experience and qualifications in both IT and Telecom industries that represent a background of increasingly important assignments within several multi-national organizations. With nearly 20 years of experience in IT, Telecom and the Oil & Gas industries, Thomas has demonstrated exceptional ability to meet organizational objectives and demands. He is a skilled software solutions architect, project manager and leader, and has also served as an Executive Officer for a small business. Thomas is responsible for all of the company's software and repair solutions as well the company's IT system infrastructure design. He is a graduate of the University of Houston and also holds numerous professional certificates.


Tarun Takkar

Global Technical Manager

Tarun Takkar is Group Technology Manager with a strong electronics engineering spanning more than 17 years, his rich experience includes full network services through R&D of telecom hardware and software.Tarun performed senior roles with industry leaders including; CTDI, Ceragon Networks and Radiodesign from engineer management, global RMA manager and hardware/software development.Having established best-in-class repair centers, Tarun’s achievements include streamlining implementing and operational and quality processes taking full strategic and P&L responsibility.Tarun holds a Diploma from the BSF Institute of technology (Bangalore) and Masters in Electronics from National Institute of Management Solutions..
